Terms of Service

Rules for using AI For Work Lab. Last updated June 21, 2026.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using AI For Work Lab, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Operator and legal contact

AI For Work Lab is available at https://aiforworklab.com and operated by the service owner from British Columbia, Canada. For legal notices, privacy requests, billing questions, support, or refund review requests, contact interviewenglishai@gmail.com. If a formal business entity, registered business name, or mailing address is added later, this page will be updated.

Eligibility and minimum age

You must be able to form a binding agreement in your location. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Each account is for one learner only. You may not share, sell, rent, transfer, or publish account access.

User content and permission to process content

You keep ownership of prompts, task descriptions, workflow inputs, transcripts, saved templates, uploaded text, and other content you submit. You give AI For Work Lab permission to process that content to provide AI task feedback, workflow suggestions, saved history, support, security, and abuse-prevention features.

AI limitations and no guarantees

AI feedback may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. AI For Work Lab does not guarantee income, employment, business growth, interview success, visa or immigration outcomes, official test scores, perfect output, or professional certification.

Not professional advice

The service provides AI tools education, prompt practice, workflow guidance, and optional learning feedback only. It is not legal, immigration, career, financial, medical, tax, or professional advice.

Payments, subscriptions, taxes, and cancellation

Paid plans are processed through Lemon Squeezy checkout. Prices, currencies, taxes, discounts, and payment methods may vary by location and payment provider. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals from the Billing page or Lemon Squeezy customer portal. If you cancel without a refund, you normally keep paid access until the end of the current billing period unless access is suspended for abuse, fraud, chargeback, or Terms violations. Cancellation does not automatically refund past charges. Mandatory consumer rights in your location may still apply.

Refund reference

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy. The 7-day refund window is a review window, not automatic approval. We may consider purchase date, account usage, AI processing costs, abuse, account sharing, fraud, chargebacks, payment history, and mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, scams, harassment, doxxing, impersonation, credential theft, malware, phishing, exploitation, weapon or physical-harm instructions, illegal-drug activity, scraping, reverse engineering, bypassing plan limits, automated abuse, payment fraud, or cheating that violates an employer, school, or testing rule.

Fair usage and abuse prevention

Pro AI feedback plans are intended for normal individual learning and include published fair-use limits. AI task reviews, transcription, workflow generation, and other provider-backed features may include daily fair-use limits because they create direct processing costs. We may limit, review, or suspend access for excessive automated usage, account sharing, unusual access patterns, security risk, or attempts to exploit AI or payment systems.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available, but outages, maintenance, third-party failures, API limits, payment-provider issues, or internet problems may interrupt access.

Third-party services

The service may rely on providers such as Clerk, Supabase, AI processing or transcription providers, Lemon Squeezy, Vercel, Google Analytics, Cloudflare Turnstile, and email or notification providers. Their terms, privacy policies, retention rules, and regional processing locations may also apply to relevant parts of the service.

Intellectual property

AI For Work Lab, its design, software, curriculum structure, prompts, workflow templates, branding, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may use generated feedback for your personal learning or business tasks, but you may not copy or resell the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, creates security risk, abuses the service, shares paid access, or misuses payment systems.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AI For Work Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages from use of the service.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms as the product changes. The updated version will show the latest effective date.

Governing law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in British Columbia, Canada, unless a mandatory consumer protection law in your location requires otherwise.
