How AI For Work Lab handles account, AI task, payment, and usage data. Last updated June 21, 2026.

Operator and privacy contact

AI For Work Lab is available at https://aiforworklab.com and operated by the service owner from British Columbia, Canada. We will update this page when a formal business entity, registered business name, or mailing address is added. For privacy, billing, support, or legal questions, contact interviewenglishai@gmail.com.

Information collected

We may collect account details, email address, sign-in information, selected AI task type, prompts, workflow inputs, AI feedback, scores, saved templates, course progress, payment status, support or feedback messages, page URL, device/browser information, IP-derived security signals, and basic usage events.

How information is used

We use information to provide login, AI task feedback, saved workflows, course access, subscription access, support, fraud prevention, security monitoring, product improvement, and legal or payment compliance.

AI processing

We use third-party AI providers to improve prompts, generate workflow suggestions, create learning feedback, and support optional speech or transcription features where available. User content is sent only as needed to provide these features. AI For Work Lab does not use customer content to train its own public models. Third-party providers process submitted content under their own terms, privacy policies, security controls, retention settings, and API data-use policies. Users should avoid submitting sensitive personal, financial, legal, medical, immigration, or confidential employer information into AI tasks.

Audio handling

Voice features, if used, may send recordings for transcription through an AI or speech-to-text provider. AI For Work Lab is designed not to permanently store raw audio after processing, but third-party processors may handle audio under their own retention rules. We may store transcripts, feedback, scores, selected task, and created date so users can review history.

Payment data

Checkout and payment processing are handled by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store full card numbers. We may store payment status, plan, checkout email, order or subscription identifiers, renewal status, refund status, and webhook events needed to manage access, support, cancellation, taxes, fraud review, chargebacks, and refunds.

Third-party processors

The service uses Clerk for authentication, Supabase for database storage, AI providers for AI processing and optional transcription, Lemon Squeezy for payments, Vercel for hosting, Google Analytics for basic website analytics, Cloudflare Turnstile for optional contact-form abuse prevention, and email providers such as Resend when notifications are enabled. These providers may process data in countries outside your location.

Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, session security, checkout, Google Analytics, and product diagnostics. You can control some cookies through your browser, but blocking essential cookies may break login or checkout.

Data retention

Raw audio is processed temporarily for transcription or scoring and is not intentionally stored by AI For Work Lab after processing. Prompts, workflow inputs, transcripts, feedback, scores, saved templates, and course progress are kept while your account is active unless you request deletion where legally available. Payment records may be kept as needed for tax, fraud, refund, chargeback, and legal compliance. Security and abuse logs may be kept as needed to protect the service and investigate misuse.

User rights

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited records when required for security, tax, payment, dispute, chargeback, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.

Security safeguards

We use account authentication, environment variables for secrets, HTTPS hosting, security headers, access controls, webhook verification, and usage monitoring. No internet service can be guaranteed 100% secure.

International processing

Because our providers may operate globally, your information may be processed or stored in Canada, the United States, or other locations where service providers operate.

Children and minors

AI For Work Lab is intended for learners using AI tools for work, study, business, content, and professional tasks. The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Minors may use the service only with parent or guardian permission where required.

Contact

AI For Work Lab's privacy contact is interviewenglishai@gmail.com. You may contact us to ask questions, make an access, correction, deletion, or export request, or submit a privacy complaint. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.
