Use the lab in the right order.
This is the quick walkthrough for new learners: choose one real task, build a better prompt, use it in your AI tool, review the output, and save completion evidence in your workspace.

The AI For Work Lab workflow.
Follow these four steps any time you learn a new AI task. The same loop works for office, content, research, data, automation, and builder workflows. For audio narration, transcripts, and a lesson-player view, open the guided training room.
Open training room01Pick one real work task
Start with a real email, research question, spreadsheet task, SOP, presentation, content idea, or automation plan. The training works best when the task is practical.
02Build the prompt in AI Studio
Use Prompt Coach or another guided builder to add goal, context, input, format, constraints, and safety checks before pasting into ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, Canva, or another AI tool.
03Review the AI output
Check facts, tone, privacy, missing information, source support, and whether a human approval step is needed before using the answer at work.
04Save evidence in your workspace
Save Prompt Coach reviews, complete course labs, and download your private completion proof so you can show what you practiced.
