FAQ
Clear answers before you create an account or pay.
AI For Work Lab is practical training for AI tools, workplace prompts, templates, workflow practice, and responsible AI habits.
Do I need a paid ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot account?
No. The training teaches workflows that can be practiced with many AI assistants. Some external tools may have their own paid plans, but the course method does not require one specific paid AI account.
Is this beginner friendly?
Yes. Lessons start with simple tasks and move toward practical work samples. The goal is to help learners understand the method, not memorize complicated AI terms.
Can I learn in Punjabi, Hindi, Hinglish, or simple English?
Yes. Final work outputs should be professional English when needed, but learning notes can support Punjabi/Hindi, Hinglish, and simple English so the steps are easier to understand.
Is the completion proof an official certificate?
No. It is private course-completion evidence showing saved work samples, safety quiz completion, and a final workflow project. It is not an accredited credential, job guarantee, income promise, or official professional certification.
What do I get after paying?
Paid access unlocks the full course path, fair-use AI Studio reviews, workflow templates, saved-work standards, and final project completion path.
Can teams use this?
Yes. Teams can use the curriculum for office work, support, operations, content, research, and responsible AI habits. Contact training support to discuss team needs.
Can I cancel or ask for a refund?
Future renewals can be cancelled from the account billing area when the portal is available, or by emailing support if the portal is unavailable. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access usually continues through the paid period. Refunds are reviewed case by case under the refund policy.
Is my data safe?
The course teaches learners not to paste passwords, API keys, payment card details, private documents, or sensitive data into AI tools. The site also includes safety rules that block harmful or illegal practice requests.
