Review syllabus

Completion requirements

  • Complete AI Foundations for Work.
  • Complete Prompt Writing and Output Review.
  • Complete ChatGPT and AI Assistant Mastery.
  • Complete at least one office suite track: Gemini/Google Workspace or Microsoft Copilot.
  • Complete at least one spreadsheet, data, media, or automation track.
  • Submit evidence from at least five tool families: chat/research assistant, office suite, spreadsheet/data, media/design/video, and automation/agent workflow.
  • Apply a privacy, sensitive-data, claim-safety, and human-review checklist to the capstone.
  • Pass lesson quizzes with an average score of 80% or higher.
  • Submit a capstone workflow with prompt, output, review checklist, and improvement notes.
  • Save at least 15 reusable prompt, tool-choice, or workflow templates.

Capstone

Build one complete AI workflow.

Choose one real work problem, build an AI-assisted workflow, explain the human review step, list risks, and show before/after improvement.

What learners submit

  • Prompt pack with at least 15 reusable prompts or workflow templates

  • Capstone reflection explaining what AI did, what the learner checked, and what still needs human judgment
